Those Jews should be very careful because not all Messianic Jews are believers in one God. A lot of so called Messianic Jews also believe in the Trinity and worship Christ Jesus, the Messiah also as their God, though there is only One True God of gods we may honour, the Elohim Hashem Jehovah.
