Nuclear watchdog Director Yukiya Amano was cold-shouldered by Iran’s leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei a meeting with him was promised for his visit on Nov. 11, to signalthe ayatollah’s go-ahead for continuing talks on Iran’s nuclear program, which were bogged down in Geneva.
